It can become easy to try the same things over and over again and wonder why they are not working when you are trying to overcome an obstacle at work, but a much better approach to trying to overcome an obstacle at work is to try to approach the problem from a different angle. Not only does approaching a problem from a different angle help, but it sometimes will also help if you enlist the help of others in devising an approach to this problem; try to cultivate a group of people at your job who you feel comfortable going to when you're faced with an obstacle, and these people can help brainstorm with you until you come up with a solution.
And even though it might seem like conquering a problem at work will require you to keep trying until you finally knock it out of the way, sometimes the best thing of all for you to do is simply take a bit of a break from the problem; when you do this, you will often find that you will come back with a solution suddenly in mind!
Keep these tips in mind next time you are faced with a serious obstacle at work – and watch as you are able to conquer the problem much more quickly than you would otherwise be able to!
